Refund policy

Earthwear Studio wants you to be happy with your purchase. For return, cancellation, exchange, or refund requests, contact info.earthwearstudio@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. For orders delivered in separate packages, this period starts when you receive the last item. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to an address on the package without confirming it with us first.

Please return items in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where possible. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, before delivery and within 14 days after receiving the last item in your order. Notify us at info.earthwearstudio@gmail.com of your decision, then send the items back within 14 days after notifying us.

Printing a standard design on demand does not, by itself, exclude your statutory right of withdrawal. Exceptions may apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you, where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate solution without charging you the necessary return shipping costs.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please contact info.earthwearstudio@gmail.com as soon as you discover a problem, with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where possible. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your legal rights. The ordinary return window does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Exchanges and sizing

Please check the size guide before ordering. If you need a different size, contact us within the return window to discuss a return and a new order. A standard print-on-demand item is not automatically excluded from returns simply because it was produced after purchase.

Refunds

For a valid EU withdrawal, we will refund payments, including the cost of our standard outbound delivery where required, within 14 days after being notified of your withdrawal. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery method you chose are not refundable under the statutory withdrawal right. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
