Where we ship

Available shipping destinations depend on the products in your order. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available to your location.

Order processing

Some of our products are printed on demand after you place an order. Processing time is the time needed to prepare an item before it ships; it is separate from the time the carrier takes to deliver it.

We will contact you if an issue prevents us from processing your order. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping costs

The shipping options and charges available for your order are displayed at checkout before you pay. Costs may vary depending on the products and delivery destination. If your order contains items that ship separately, shipping charges may be combined at checkout.

Delivery

Any delivery date or timeframe we provide is an estimate unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Delivery may be affected by production times, the carrier, customs processing, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

If items in your order are prepared or shipped separately, they may arrive in different packages.

International orders

For deliveries across borders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the destination country or carrier. Please check the information shown at checkout and any applicable local rules before ordering.

Incorrect addresses and delivery problems

Please contact us as soon as possible at info.earthwearstudio@gmail.com if you notice an error in your delivery address. We will try to help, but we may not be able to change the address once an order has entered production or shipped.

If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, please include photos if possible so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
